We deliver presentations to schools and external organisations; building bridges between the Muslim and wider community of Dundee.
ANTI-POVERTY
Fortnightly we do a curry kitchen with the Salvation Army and ‘curry kitchen on wheels’ for unemployed lone parents across the City.
FOOD BANK
We are the first and only full time food bank in Dundee that delivers across the City. With over 40 partner referral agencies we support 80 households with emergency food parcels each month.
YOUTH INTEGRATION
We do monthly activities with young people within regeneration areas across Dundee promoting cultural integration and community learning.
COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT
We support groups of vulnerable adults out of the poverty cycle through budget cooking courses.
MEN’S SHED
A club for minority elderly men (55+) that works to build their confidence, improve their skills and engage them in mainstream services.
